Vienna x Vegas

A client from Las Vegas approached us with a clear goal. He wants to build a product that lets creators (more specifically cosplayers as an initial niche) sell collectible photo cards to their audience in a way that feels premium and easy to buy.

A bold and colorful landing page for the right audience

We designed and built a landing page that screams around creator culture: high-contrast visuals, playful product framing, and conversion-focused sections that speak directly to fans and collectors.

Naming and domain strategy

During ideation we developed the name POCA (photo cards), validated the positioning, and secured the domain poca.cards while it was still available.

Designing Trading Cards is unsurprisingly fun

We created the TCG-style physical card designs completely in-house and from scratch, including front and back card designs plus booster pack packaging design. This means the entire drop experience feels cohesive from first click to unboxing. Designing the cards was somewhat challenging, due to the fact that it should have POCA branding, but not too much, as to allow creators to customize the cards to their own branding.

Onboarding & Seamless Card Pack Customization UI

Initially, our client's idea was to have creators send the 20 images needed to create a physical pack drop via messengers. We advised against this, as sending the images through messengers would most definitely mean compression and loss of quality. To allow for a seamless experience (easier on the client and the creators), we built an onboarding flow where creators can submit their images directly on the site and configure their first pack setup without needing external tools and without compromising on the image's quality.

Other quirky UIs on Web

To increase conversion, we shipped an interactive earnings calculator so creators can immediately see potential upside based on pack pricing and sales volume.

Beyond the interface itself, we are actively helping with ecommerce strategy on this project, including funnel decisions, offer structure, and purchase-flow optimization.
